Hi, I’m Tressia H. Lee. I’m a Korean communication strategist, multilingual marketer, speaker, and creator of the HEARIM framework.

For more than 14 years, I have worked across Korean language, global marketing, communication, and cross-cultural projects between Korea, Southeast Asia, and global teams.

My work is built around one idea: Korea is not only understood through language.
It is also understood through timing, tone, context, relationships, responsibility, and trust. That is why I developed HEARIM — a communication framework inspired by the Korean idea of 헤아림.

HEARIM(Heh-ah-rim) is the Korean wisdom and art of understanding what is expected before it is spoken. Through HEARIM, I help global professionals understand Korean-style communication, trust-building, and expectation-reading beyond language itself.

Currently, I’m building HEARIM as a practical framework for global professionals who want to understand Korea beyond language.

HEARIM begins with workplace communication, but it is not limited to the workplace.
In the future, I plan to expand it into Korean culture, mindset, language, stories, and deeper cross-cultural understanding.
